Building Your DEIB Toolkit Part 1:

Build common language to define diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), and explore their relationship to one another. Explore common misconceptions, and deepen your analysis around DEIB. Develop an understanding on how to integrate equity and inclusion practices into your work.

Building Your DEIB Toolkit Part 2:

Explore an equity lens/filter through case studies and practice. The equity lens/filter is a tool to help guide decisions, policies, practices, and processes for more equitable outcomes. This tool can be used at any stage of decision-making.

Who should go?

Anyone who works in public service! You don’t have to be in management.

What’s the cost?

$99 and PMA provides lunch. Ask your manager if they can fund your registration from their training budget. There is a$2.48 service fee, so the total cost is $101.48.
